Luggage transportation, Porto to Santiago

Time of past OR future Camino
Twice walked from St Jean to Estella and once from Sarria to Santiago. Maybe someday I'll find the time to do the entire walk.
I've found the time. Just completed SJPP to Santiago. 25 Aug to 1st Oct, 2016.
And now the Portuguese from Lisbon.
In mid April I hope to start walking with a small group from Porto to Santiago. One of our number recently had an accident and suffered a shoulder injury. She thinks she may have difficulty carrying her rucksack. Is there any luggage transport, similar to those you see on the Camino Frances, available on this Camino?
We'll be staying in hotels so, if necessary, we could have her pack delivered to our destination by taxi.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

Try TuiTrans. Here is their English web. Check in particular the paragraph describing their services from Oporto to Santiago.

Good luck and Bom caminho to all of you!

As well as TuiTrans, other companies on this route are Camino Facil (with whom we got a better deal) and Pilbeo. It might pay to shop around a little.
Buen Camino!

Has anyone used Correos? http://www.elcaminoconcorreos.com/en/rucksack-transfer# They have a service from Tuy onwards to Santiago. Their website says 24€, while Tuitrans charges 8€ per section. Since I'm walking from Tuy, I'm considering using Correos but would like to hear some opinion on their reliability. Thanks.

Hi John. We have used them twice now.
Correos offer a great service, at a great price.
I'm not sure about the prices you have in your message. But we have always found them to be LESS expensive than anyone else offering the same service.
They have very polite and helpful drivers. They are punctual, reliable and careful with your luggage.
They never had a problem finding our accommodation even though some of it wasn't on the normal Camino routes.
Honestly, I can't thank them enough. I only wish the Portuguese Post Office offered the same service! This year it's costing us nearly double the price of Correos for the same distance and number of stages.
Buen Camino!
