Hi my name is Ann. I will be landing in Madrid at the beginning of June. End of May and plan to start my walk in Burgos. What is the easiest way to get from the airport to Burgos and is there a good inexpensive place to stay in Burgos that someone can recommend. Also should I make reservations for either. Thanks for any help

Bus, direct from Barajas T4 takes about 2:30 hours. www.Gronze.com is a good resource for accommodation along the Camino

Good morning
My name is Anne as well and I will be starting from Burgos May 24.
I have used both bus and train options in the past and which work equally well for the the trip from Madrid to Burgos.
I have always made reservations for at least the first night in the past. Burgos has many options for lodging not sure what budget you are looking for but the Hostelworld App is a good one to check.
Buen Camino ❤️
