I hope that everyone is well and getting out for some good walks
Here are further details on some upcoming UM events

Practical Pilgrim’s Day
The Novotel in Manchester has been booked for Saturday March 24th
I’m proposing we run agenda along similar lines to last year

Gerard’s walk – Saturday April 28th – details below

Saturday 28 April.
I've arranged for a talk and tour of Padley Chapel with the custodian there at 10.30am that day.
There is a train that leaves Piccadilly at about 0900 and gets to Grindleford at around 1000.
We can meet there then it's a short walk to the Chapel.
Or people can drive - there will be plenty of parking near the station at that time on a Saturday.
The walk I have planned is 5.5 miles and there are a few catering options en route.
Should get back to Grindleford Station by 1600 and back to Piccadilly by 1700.

Beating the Bounds 2018
I have organised a sponsored walk for charity on Sunday May 13th
This is a 15 mile walk around the Wilmslow Parish boundary
Keep the date clear and I will send you further details

Please let me have suggestions for other walks / outings
I am exploring the Marbella 4 days walking event if anyone else is interested
This is in October
