Can anyone recommend a map or mapbook for this route?
I see the John Brierly map guide for Camino Portugues includes the coastal option but wondering if this has the same detail as the inland route?
Many thanks, Randy

As far as I have seen some images of the Brierley guide it has the same set up as former issues.
It is quite simple to find your way.keep the ocean at your left and you will find boardwalks, tarmac roads.
Keep an eye on the website of the Caminha to La Guardia (a Guarda) ferry if it is sailing.
If not you have several detours. One crossing the river by a fisherman's boat or a 25 km detour by the bridge in Vila Nova de Cerveira or to Valença do Minho and Tui to reach the central route.
If you bike follow the green arrows from about Baiona (Ramallosa/Nigrán ) to Vigo. You will stay along the coastline instead of into de hills by following the yellow waymarkers
Here on the forum is a lot to read about the ferry crossing and the alternatives

Bom caminho
