I didn't say that I want to arrive in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port so if possible I'd love to download a map of the route from Vezelay to Saint-Jean-de-Port. This has probably been asked before - sorry - but I've just discovered the app.

A guide to speaking Spanish on the Camino - enrich your pilgrim experience.
Where you are right now connecting to Wifi at home.

1. Open the app. It will show your current location.
2. Zoom out so you see world map.
3. Then zoom in to France near Vezelay. If you zoom down enough the app will ask if you want to download the offline map of that area. Say yes.
4. Once that is done, just move the map like you are walking towards SJPDP.
5. As you move out of the region into another region, the app will ask if you will also like to download that region.
6. So there could be multiple regional maps to download before you hit SJPDP.

Alternatively, just go to settings, choose download maps, choose France and download the offline map of the entire country (more storage required).

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
For the overlay.

1. Download the kml (Maps.me only supports kml) on the PC
2. Email it to yourself as attachments.
3. On the phone detached the file. Automatically will load into Maps.me. If necessary, choose the Maps.me app.

Thanks !!! This will be very usefull !!
I´ll walk the Vezalay route next September...
