So... just wondering if anyone else will be in Santiago on those dates and fancy sharing a ride to the coast?
I shall be in Santiago de Compostela for a few days at the end of April, and really want to visit Muxia and Fisterra, and hopefully see the sunset, weather permitting.
I don't have time to walk there, I'm in two minds about taking a guided tour (around €40), skipping the return journey (though think that is probably rather bad manners)and getting the ordinary bus the next day. The ordinary bus takes about 3 hours to (slowly) return to S de C.
But for less than the cost of the tour and additional bus journey, I can rent a car from the train station in SdeC. The quoted cost is coming up a little less than €50 (which includes the additonal theft and excess protection insurance) for 24 hours from 11.30 on May 2nd to 11.30 on May 3rd. I will stay overnight in Fisterra.
Anyone interested?
