Not many people seem to look at the medial board, so thought I would quickly ask: Is English enough or should it be in another/multiple languages?

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
Re: Medical ID Bracelet

If it's English-only, some will be able to read it. If English and Spanish, most will. So it depends on the urgency of the message you're trying to get across.

I'm a fan of Road ID. http://www.roadid.com.

Anaphylaxis from insects, it would be urgent. So I guess Spanish an English would be best then.

Road ID is the BOMB, I wear mine everytime I cycle, and will definitely be wearing it on el Camino.

Re: Medical ID Bracelet

Those Road ID's look great. Maybe I should get my family one each for safety and as a memento afterwards.

Re: Medical ID Bracelet

I got a roadID for Christmas from my daughter-in-law. I will be wearing it this summer when I walk from Santiago to Muxia! - Monica

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Re: Medical ID Bracelet

I also carry my doctors phone number, my hospital record number and the direct line to the hospital with my passport.

Consider carrying a letter in English/Spanish of who could be contacted for further information.

It must be with your passport because that is the first thing the authorities will look for.
