If anyone interested in the medicinal flora of the camino would like a copy of a brochure called “Os remedies do Comiño” please mail me off line and I will send it to you. As it is in Spanish, I did a botanical search for all the plants listed and have compiled and English list to go with it.
You could be using yarrow leaves for your toothache, boiled alder bark for fleas, pennyroyal for your gout and St John’s Wort for a variety of ailments!
