As far as I know there is not a Michelin one in this section.
Lots of others though in Galicia.
The ones that are " vaut le detour " and then actual star rated ones.

I can recommend Casa Marcelo in Santiago de Compostela. Visited it a month ago.
Reasonable price if you compare it with the restaurants in more northern European countries.

There is at least one Michelin starred restaurant in Santiago. Restaurante A Tafona. Very pricey though they do have fairly cheap rooms in off-season Opposite the Mercado de Abastos.

There is a Michelin star restaurant in Saint Jean Pied do Port at Hotel Pyrenees that I accidentally ate at but it was a delicious and memorable way to start my Camino.

It used to be several Michelin star restaurants along the Camino until the late Middle Age, when the Church has decided they were not consistent with the pilgrim spirit: therefore they were closed...
I know, it is a pity.

I just finished the camino from Sarria. There are quite a few places I stayed at and ate that were virtually of Michelin star in quality. Take a look at these where the food was wonderful :

No, SabsP is quite correct. There is a fabulous restaurant in Santiago, just down from the cathedral on Rue das Hortas called Casa Marcelo. One of the best meals that I have ever eaten. They now take reservations on line. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday and are open for lunch and dinner on all other days but Sunday, which is lunch only. There is no menu, they ask what you can't eat and then just feed you a magnificent array of spectacular dishes. I don't know if it has any Michellin stars but it certainly should.

You know, we can talk about Michelin star restaurants while walking the Caminos, and don't get me wrong, I appreciate a high quality meal as much as the next person, but after a tiring day walking the Camino, even the most mundane pilgrim or del dia meal has been sooo appreciated...they are always hot, a few courses including dessert and always meet my expectations of being a tired, hungry pilgrim, and the best part...I didn't have to cook it myself.

I appreciate good food too. I decided on my last Camino in May the garlic gambas I had would be my choice for my last meal on earth …… somewhere on the Meseta, forget where…. And the pane con tomate has had me inviting friends over at home to enjoy a replica of that…. I miss it…sigh

After a terrible time 15 years ago walking from Sahagan to Leon we now cheat
From Sahagan we “Renfe“ and when in Leon go to:
Carea Bistro ,
Lovely young couple , lovely food 5 minutes from Cathedral

Then for sinning we venture off to The Primitivo and those hills

Oh, I love Casa Nebe - had a divine dinner there in 2019. Broke my heart that I passed by it this year on a day they were closed for rest, though of course it’s always a possibility.
