Mountain Biking Guide for Camino France in English

I am looking for a good mountain biking guide for the Camino France in English.
I would like to stay on the Pilgrim trails as much as possible, and avoid the highways whenever possible. Any suggestions?

I don't know of one and you don't need one.

A list of places to stay is good, as is a guide with some history and culture. The trail is totally well marked, though a GPS track is nice for leaving and returning to the trail
