A music video of my 2006 Camino is on Youtube.

Find it on YouTube using the search word "pietjohn" or use this link:

It is not a work of art by any means but is intended to give a flavour of our walk in, I hope, an entertaining way. It is short and the visuals are cool.

Buen camino!

I LOVED your video!! And, I think it is a work of art - you've got it all there - fading pictures, zooming pictures - its great. Well done!

Thank you so much for your kind reply! One sends these things out into the ether never knowing what the reaction will be so I'm so pleased that you enjoyed it.

I love your blog too, you've put a lot of time and trouble into it. Some of the pictures are spectacular, good enough for publishing in a book. Reading the whole thing was so interesting and inspiring to boot. I could do with your zest and enthusiasm. I wish you many more years of happy walking/running and adventures.

Your video is different. The music is great and the clips, flashes, compilations etc are cleverly put together. I wished it was twice as long though - and a little bit slower - but I know that YouTube restrict the length or size of the downloads.
I caught flashing glimpses of so many familiar people and places on your video that I kept saying out loud, 'There's Maria' (at Felisa's table outside Logrono), there's Tomas, there's the San Roche statue.... and I loved the marching boots fading away at the end. Perhaps we need a link to our member's Videos as well as their blogs?

The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

You are too kind! Modesty prevents me from doing that but...

...please feel free to send it along to one of those or other organisations if you wish. However it would be appreciated if you might consider letting your many friends, any Camino sites and our fellow pilgrims know about it.

I just want others to share in what was for me a unique and marvellous experience.

:D

Just to let you all know that Spanish-Fiestas.com are going to post the Classical video on their website. Will advise you of any others that decide to use it.

Ok, now I'm really concerned about my web connection. Sil- your confaternity site never worked on my PC! It's always sending my request back as an error. Is anyone else have the same problem?

And jscho111- what kind of software you are using to edit your videos? Yhey are really great!

Animoto.com was used to do the rendering. It works well but you have to get the timing between the video and audio to match and the audio has an upload limit of 10Mb. I used Audacity which is freeware to create the soundtracks and VSO Image Resizer.

Hi everyone I am looking for a video of photos with Gregorian chant from the Monks of Downside Abbey. It was posted by someone and I lost it and unable to find can you help.
