This thread is aimed at people who can access BBC2. My Million Pound Menu is a competition where 3 teams compete to win investment for a food business. The winning team is given 2-days to showcase their concept in a pop-up restaurant and the investors will then decide whether to invest or not. Tonight’s winners out of the 3 initial competitors ‘opened’ a restaurant called Pilgrim, in Manchester, offering tasting menus and decor inspired by stages along the Camino Francés (though definitely not of the €10 variety). I won’t spoil anyone’s enjoyment of the show by revealing the final outcome, which even I don’t know as I’m typing this before the show reaches its climax. That’s said, It’s well worth watching to see how the camino concept works with a £400k investment at stake.

I did watch it and thought that the menu concept (like the credential) was a very good idea. I'm really glad they managed to get the sponsorship and I'm sure their restaurant will be a big success.
