National Geographic walks the Camino

El Correo Gallego reports today that National Geographic is about to finish recording a program on the Camino de Santiago. The program will be shown on the National Geographic Channel in Spain and Portugal early 2009, and in the rest of the world a bit later.

This documentary will be broadcast in over 160 countries and in 34 different languages.

I was walking when this was being filmed... they spent a 1/2 day with me and were great guys to work with. I have worked as a journalist and with some documentaries before so I new the kind of soundbites they were looking for... perhaps they were humoring me but they said I'd definately be on there.

I have yet to be able to locate the video. Has anyone seen it?
