New albergue in Lescar?

For anyone that has walked the route from Arles in the past year, is there a new albergue/refuge in Lescar? There's a brief mention of it on gronze.com but I can't find any details.

In Lescar we stayed at Refuge du Pelerins. We had to ring when we arrived to get the code to get in. A lovely Gite.
