According to Faro de Vigo (local paper in Vigo) the Autna bus company has expanded the bus connection between the airport in Porto and the city of Vigo. This new service will have 5 busses per day, cost € 10,- per trip and take about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

For pilgrims wanting to walk el Camino Portuguese, this might be a good way of traveling to your starting point, this being Porto or Valenca. Valenca is the town located on the Portuguese side of the border, about a 5 minute walk from Spain.

This new route is part of a new strategy that the airport of Porto has to attract more travelers from Galicia to its airport.
