The updated guide (with a substantial revision of the route from A Coruna) has now been posted by the Confraternity and is available here: http://www.csj.org.uk/guides-online.htm
Dear John,
This is to thank you for your continued support to all the rest of us, as we slog across the Iberian peninsula day after day.
This time next week, I will be in Ferrol, off on another Galician lumber, and I have the updated version of the guide. If I spot any 2011 developments or changes, I will let you know.
And thanks again
Gyro

John,

As you know I walked the Camino Inglés in 2009 using the 2009 guide. Without it I would have been stuffed. Thank you for your continual commitment to keeping it updated.

To those who visit this thread may I recommend that you walk Ferrol to Santiago (which is rewarded by a Compostela) and then catch the bus to A Coruna (it is much closer to the start point than the train station) and then walk back to Santiago again (alas no Compostella as it is not quite a 100km).

If you have not got quite enough time you can break off at the meeting point of Hospital de Bruma and get a bus back from... oh I forget but John will tell us.

Hi there. I’m thinking of spending around five to seven days walking the Ingles, and would be interested in getting some input. I’ve walked the Portuges from Porto to Santiago, before continuing...
So, I managed to lose my lovely Tilley hat. Left behind I think, in a shop in Cambre. Going back for it not an option as the place is closed today, Sunday. Am I destined to arrive in Santiago...
