Time of past OR future Camino
Frances pt 1, 2022, pt 2, 2023, pt 3 in 2024
Hi all,
Im Male, 66, and slightly worn around most of the edges.
We planed our Camino Frances in 2019 for 2020 but were thwarted by the Covid so the 3 of us did our 1st Camino Frances part from SJPDP to Logrono, 24th September to 7th October this year (2022)
I Found it really tough for the first 2 days but we all made it to Roncesvalles in one piece. We were lucky with weather over Pyrenees but unfortunately paid the price moving toward Pamplona, lots of rain and slippery surfaces especially down to Zubiri.
Anyway we survived, the weather really improved and we had a great time, people we met were all amazing , the places to stay were better than we had thought.
Hope to return in '23 and complete unfinished business.

Maybe see some of you there

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Hope to return in '23 and complete unfinished business.

Hi, @OxfordHiker and a warm welcome to the forum.

I think you could be wrong in predicting that you will “complete unfinished business” in 2023. There are too many of us here on the forum who can attest to the fact that the camino pulls you back over and over and the “business” is never “complete.” :)

Wishing you a wonderful walk from Logroño next year!

Congratulations on walking to Logrono! Wishing all the best as you look forward to your next part of the Journey.

New user here. Hello to you all. New to the forum but not to the Camino. I was told about this Forum whilst I walking the lovely scenic 'Camino Norte'. I'm planning walking another in June.
