Also you need water on first day out of Irun on Alpinista route but thru San Sebastián to San Martin near Orio there fountains and as you go on to Zarautz Getaria Zumaia there are fountains no need to carry water.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-

From Albergue Camino Dos Ocas at Fontelas too Monte de Godos some forest but last 5 Km maybe more road walking MdG great heated €6.Then MdG to Santiago de Compostela Albergue Alda €12 .excellent Albergue with kitchen. From SdC to Negreria Forest walking after 25min leaving Albergue nice walk to Albergue Municipal Negreria €6 heated.Negreria to Santa Marina Albergue Santa Marina €10 good food €10 Pilgrims meal, right on the way on AC 300 close to Monas Bakery .SM to Dumbria Albergue o Conco de Peregrinos€6 heated. AOCdP to Muxia nice walk Albergue Muxia €6 heated kitchen. Well that’s it my Camino if I were you I would do the del Norte now before they pave it all over or footpath it over. Sure you can take the GR tracks but your just doing a scenic walk then. Even the SdC to Muxia is getting progress pushed on to it. I can not stop progress and I do not want people to have to live on muddy tracks or have to drive I’ve potholed roads/lanes. So if you want to walk the way before it’s civilised “do it now”.
The Municipal Albergue in Galicia are very good on the Norte the kitchen has equipment, thru too Muxia and mostly to Finisterre. Buen Camino
