Hello,
I have booked 1 night in Orisson (http://www.refuge-orisson.com/) with dinner and breakfast for the night on 3th May, but my Camino is over for the time being due to medical reasons (blocked nerve in my lower back)
I want to offer this night for free when somebody is interested. First come first served :)
I will send an email to arrange that with the Refuge owner.
The Camino has to wait until I'm better and with the intention to want to walk the Camino, it is a good motivation to get better ;)
My spirit is 100% OK, now the rest.
Buen Camino.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
@willydp what horrible news to get so close to departure. Wishing you a speedy recovery and hoping you can do your camino soon. Get better soon!

A kind and generous offer from you and so indicative of a true Camino Spirit .
With such a generous and thoughtful nature you can have little difficulty in healing .
I hope that you get well soon and have the same kindness given back to you ten fold .

Rest up and heal well Willy. Don't stop dreaming or planning.
Buen recovery.

@willydp what a setback for you. I do hope you make a good recovery and are planning again soon. In the meantime, have a look at the forum calendar, link is towards the top of the page, just under "forum links" and you can see who will be in St-Jean-Pied-de-Port at the beginning of May. There are a lot of people starting on 1 May, and at least one starting on 3 May. You could send them a PM.

If you wanted to get a refund of your money, I'm sure it would not be a problem, Orisson fills up very quickly and they never have spare beds.

@Kanga, thanks I keep preparing and reading for the next opportunity :)
It is a setback, but not the end ;)
Could have been worse when I got it during the Camino :(
Always stay to see positive even when it is not going as planned;)
I will check the calendar.

The 9th edition the Lightfoot Guide will let you complete the journey your way.

So sorry to read of this setback and so close to your departure......I wish you all the best with recovery of this nerve and hopes that you will soon be up and about once again and off walking......keep your spirits up.....Ultreya my friend.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
The Refuge reservation has been solved.
The owner prefered to pay my money back instead. He (Jean-Jacques Etchandy) understood my situation.
I can only say that this place is to recommend:)
My pain is much better because I have rested and took medication.
I have an appointment with the doctor next week to evaluate my progress and what to do next.
Carpe Diem.
