Hola todos
Seán here-currently on the camino. Here in Itero De La Vega-50 km or so into the Meseta, past couple of days have really been hot,and I'll say it again-'ITS BEEN HOT'-there I said it.My blisters have more or less calmed down, have given away a few things to bring the weight down, and dry the feet along the way after a few hours or so.Today just at the start of the climb to Alto de Mostalares, there was a very excited naked man trimming his trees just outside his little hut.Just to let you know what to expect when you come out of Castrojeriz.Another thing, when you arrive in Itero De La Vega, ignore the hostals as you walk in,there's a very nice but very basic(WITH BEDS,NOT BUNKS!) opposite the main church in the village,Brown heavy looking door with 'refugio' written on a plaque in very small letters above the the door.

Another thing, feeling stronger as every day goes by,should be in Leon by Friday, then back to work-Shit! I know, but will continue in the next mid-term break I get-promise.

buen camino y gracias
