We have two sessions that day-
Session I: from 11:00 am to 1:00 am:
Ottawa Camino educator Paul Moylan will lead a practical session geared to answer questions on Camino routes; what to pack and not to pack; where to start and how to get to/from your embarkation point; training; what you to expect in a Pilgrim’s hostel; and different types of lodging. Advance registration is requested via e-mail to: paul@paulmoylan.com There will be a registration fee of $20.00 to cover costs.
Session II: from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm
A few years ago, local Camino author Guy Thatcher promised to come back and speak when after he completed the next portion from Le Puy to Pamplona. The walk was more difficult and has taken longer than expected, but he is now ready to tell us about his new book: Mud, Mountains, and Mindfulness on the Camino de Saint-Jacques. This session requires no registration and there is no cost involved. There will be coffee after Guy's session.
