Oviedo to Santiago - General question

Hi,

I just found out pilgrims walk today. I have about 3 weeks total. I've researched and found out that Oviedo to Santiago route usually takes about 14~16 days for the beginners. That's exactly what I want.

I have a couple of questions.

1. Is this true? Does it really take 14~16 days?
2. Is there a forum that talk about the route of Oviedo to Santiago?
3. How's the weather on November?

Hi, kmk, yes it's true. There's a section here that's devoted exclusively to the Primitivo. Look here for starters: camino-primitivo/

There's a lot of info there and once you've had a look, come back with questions. There are several of us who absolutely love the primitivo! Buen camino, Laurie
