Catherine has a great thread on watercolour on the Francés but some of us have painted other Caminos too. So here is a chance to show some of your art from the Caminos del Norte, Inglés and Primitivo etc. Just to start us off here are a few of mine which I had posted on the Francés thread where they are a bit out of place.
San Miguel de Lillo, Oviedo; the mountain range of Os Ancares through the window of the albergue at Castro; Hospital de Montouto, with the windfarm in the background and the ruins of the refugio which was in use still in the 1900s; all on the Camino Primitivo.
We stayed at the other end of this street - Rúa Algalia de Abaixo, Santiago

I LOVE seeing camino art Tia Valeria! Thanks very much for keeping this idea going. I hope we see lots more pictures here from the artists among us. I also have a book called The Artists' Journey which is a story of two women artists walking the Camino Frances. It has a lot of B&W sketches in it of things that caught the interest of one or the other of them along the way.

Leon a very very nice place and a wonderfull cathedral

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
Here are 5 more paintings. Four watercolours (mine) and one acrylic (Terry's).
Three are from the Camino Primitivo - the view from Casa Herminia - Campiello; the plaza with the Ayuntamiento in Lugo; the Roman bridge at Ferreiros where the Camino turns right at the bridge.
The two of Santa Maria de Liebana are on the route to Santo Toribio de Liebana.

One of TerryB's latest paintings (acrylic). The grotto/sanctuary at Covadonga from a photo of our pilgrimage in 2013. On the day of our arrival it was a mere trickle but heavy rain overnight produced these amazing waterfalls next morning.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Three more paintings, then no more of mine until after our next Camino. I need some more new inspiration :)
The bridge at San Vicente de la Barquera from our balcony.
The Bar Castellu in Pendueles.
The Basilica at Covadonga from our window.

Having completed our Camino I have the new inspiriation that was needed. This is one of the new paintings - San Andrés de Teixido - from a photo. I did manage to paint a few very small pictures, but they need more work before I post them.

Two more paintings:-
One on the cliffs near Llanes with the waterspouts (bufones) a truly awesome sight and the harbour 'blocks' in the distance.
The other is at As Catedrais where the fallen arches have left just stumps remaining.

Painted from sketches made on the Camino
