Time of past OR future Camino
One, currently in Pamplona
Hola!

This is my first time on the Camino, Second for MrsCaminoHoop. We unfortunately do not time this trip to walk the full journey and are currently in Pamplona! We arrived this afternoon after a brisk 19K walk from Zubiri.

Since we don't have time to do the whole journey we would like to take public transportation from Pamplona to one of the last 100k options for us to obtain our Certificate.

We are open to our 100k start point and have considered Sarria and Lugo as options but our limited experience with Spain's trians and busses have made it difficult to find our way west.

Please share your experience and help us find our way!!

Beun Camino!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Go to the Renfe (train) website and click on the Union Jack for English. and then make your reservations; tourist class is perfectly OK.. There are several trains, each day, from Pamplona to Sarria and the Camino is a short distance away from the Sarria depot. The Pamplona train station is convenient, (walk, taxi,) and you pick up your tickets there. I completed this exercise, several times, (SJPdP to Barcelona, Madrid, Pamplona, return, etc.) with ease, while tromping around much of Spain two years ago.
