Hello,

I was hoping for some information or suggestions on getting to Irun from Pau? Im planning to walk the northern route to Santiago and thought it best to head to the coast from Pau rather than St Jean Pied de Port

Any information would be lovely!

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Hi Annabelle, I assume that because you posted this on the Arles topics you are walking it as far as Pau then looking for a way to walk to Hendaye for the start of the Norte .
Have a look at the map on this link http://www.aucoeurduchemin.org/spip/spip.php?article655, also I remember a person posting a blog on the Norte topics on this forum and he walked the le puy route then went from St Palais(which is on the section between Aroue and Ostabat on the map) to Hendaye http://www.aldernath2011.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html look for the 17th June entry. This is going to be a bit of a convoluted way of looking at options, hopefully someone will have a more direct link for you.
