PDF Guide for Lisbon - Fatima

We are planning on walking the Portugues Centra and Costa Caminhos in September and October and we would like to start in Lisbon and walk to Fatima. There is a link to a guide at http://www.caminho.com.pt/mapas/Caminho_do_Tejo.pdf but it does not come up with the PDF. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Sadly, Rodrigo has disbanded this group, so I will lock the thread. There may be some on the forum who have downloaded some of what used to be on his marvelous website, but that should go on a new thread.
