Hola, as my day approaches I start thinking about little details like this.. now Im wondering about thw availability of plugs in the albergues, any thoughts?
It depends very much on the albergue. A few albergues have plentiful outlets for charging, and some have very few. Partly it depends on how they are situated near your bed as well.

In the spirit of sharing I carry a multisocket so one socket becomes 3. A slight weight charge but worth it for the pleasure of contributing to others.
Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
my apple charger will accept 220V, but are most of the outlets the two "pins" or the newer ones that will accept pins and also "vertical slotted" plugs like we use here??? (should I bring an adapter?)
thanks, bill
If "here" means the U.S., the plug will not fit. You can get an adapter in a hardware or dollar store in Spain. You probably do not need a transformer. Most modern devices will accept 110 or 220 volt sources.

I realize every ounce matters when carrying backpack and not shipping luggage ahead. However,
I know that the Spaniards are big into meat and potatoes, and not so much produce. I am thinking of...
Hola,
I gearing up to start my 1st CdS and have seen people recommended sleeping bag liners to protect against bed bugs.
Do these help or is it a myth?
Should I add the extra weight of bringing one?
Michael @wisepilgrim had mentioned a new feature that he was developing for Wise Pilgrim, and it looks like it is now in operation. You can check the app and see in real time how many beds are...
