Planning some sort of camino for Sep 2019..
Hi all, walking into Pamplona today and have properly done in my right hip flexor. I’m gonna take a rest today there tomorrow after I hobble in today so I think I should visit a physio while I’m there, and also get an old camino knee injury which is starting to tingle checked at same time! Can anyone recommend a good one in or very near to Pamplona? Thanks! :)
