€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Great idea and lovely photos. Will Johnnie be producing a printed guide for this or will there be a human guide? We'll have time in Santiago later in the year and have already visited many of the 'sights' museums etc before so this could be just what we need.

It will definitely be printed... we are working on in what format it will be (paper or brochure).

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Lovely. Nice to see you two. Thanks for sharing the photos and the plans for an intriguing guide!

Yes it would be lovely to visit this 'gaudi inspired' building by Peter Eisenman.

Hola - Ivar can't count! :) The Route of Routes follows 5 caminos as they enter the city by or near the traditional gates listed in the Codex Calixtinus. Here is the blurb:

The Route of Routes
in
Santiago de Compostela

Walk on five caminos,
go through three parks,
meander up and down two forest trails,
visit important churches and buildings along the way,
and, most of all, enjoy the best view there is of Santiago high above the city!
The route is 14 kms long and takes between 3 - 5 hours, depending on your pace, or much longer depending on where you stop, linger or visit.

The Guide is finished and will shortly be available to download from the CSJ. Xacobeo have said they want to publish it as a brochure available through the city in hostales, albergues etc.

Buen "5 routes" Camino

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Ivar and JW...fantastic idea and pics.

Some rekindle fond memories (CF/CP) while the others whet the appetite for the upcoming Camino Ingles and the future.

Thanks very much...the Camino and the Forum are better for the effort.

Saludos,

Arn

Wow, this is terrific, John. Can't wait to try it out in June/July! It'll be a great remedy to that horrible, familiar "stuck in Santiago as a tourist" feeling. I am amazed -- it must have been a fairly difficult thing to patch together. I've walked into Santiago on all these paths and can't for the life of me figure out how you were able to connect the dots. Yet more evidence of your genius. Laurie

How many certificates do you get for walking it? Are sellos available?

I add my name to the souls who have been cleansed and purified by this pilgrimage. I saw parts of Santiago I never noticed before, and wished several times I had brought my camera.

This may be the start of something big, eh?

Has anybody recently volunteered at the Pilgrim office for the 15 day timeframe? Where did you stay in Santiago?
For those who are in Santiago 🙏🏻
