We have arrived in Ferrol. Where do we get our Credencial and what hours are they open. Sure wish I knew Spanish. Also suggestions for luggage transfer

I know that the tourist office near the port sells credentials.

When I was in Ferrol in June, the tourist office at the port was closed. When I got my sello at the Con-Cathedral, they had credentials there. The office is behind the Alter, door on the right side.
Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.

The Con-Catedral for your Credencial and I’d recommend Correos for your luggage transfers. Very professional, reliable service and not expensive.
