The Benedictinas in the convent of Santa Maria de Carbejal which is adjacent to the Hospederia Monastica Pax do a pilgrim blessing at the end of the last daily service which starts at (about) 2130. I did the complete cycle of services in one day in April.
 
But you may have to ask. There was No pilgrims blessing two Weeks ago. But IT looked like, one did his blessing by asking.
