Two questions since my Spanish is not as good as it should be--in this article are they saying that for two euros we may purchase a credencial?
Secondly, I thought this said they are opened every day of the year but when I double checked it in Translate it comes out as every weekday.

Yes you can purchase a Credential for €2,-

In the morning it opens from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and in the afternoon, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
