  Office de Tourisme Vézelay - Avallon - Morvan - Serein
  L'Office de Tourisme est composé de 7 bureaux d'accueil dont 4 sont ouverts à l'année sur Avallon, Vézelay, Noyers s/Serein, Montréal ainsi que 3 bureaux d'accueil saisonniers sur: Quarré-les-Tombes, Châtel-Censoir et L'Isle s/Serein.

  Juillet et août: ouvert tous les jours de 10h à 19h, sauf les dimanches et jours fériés (10h-13h/14h-18h)

Since the pilgrim office is also a convent and an alberque, I don't believe there are any posted hours. We just showed up in the morning and they took care of us.
