Does anyone know where I can issue a pilgrim passport in San Sebastian?

The tourist information offices in just about every city, most albergues, cathedrals if open ....

I got one at the cathedral in San Sebastion. If I recall, the operating hours were a bit tricky, but once they were open for business, they were delighted to provide one.
