Hi,
We are about to arrive in Geneva to start our Via Gebennensis. (The Geneva Way) I believe there is a small bookshop where the "yellow" guide can be purchased, does anybody know where we can purchase our Compostela certificates from in Geneva.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

The Compostela certificate is only given out in Santiago by the cathedral's pilgrim office on completion of your pilgrimage. I think you probably mean a credencial or carnet du pèlerin - sometimes called a 'pilgrim passport'.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Apparently there is pilgrim accommodation near the cathedral in Geneva at 10 Euro per night???
Perhaps check with the tourist office...

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
The little Notre Dame church was open when I set off on a Sunday pm. They had pilgrims passports there.
They have a website and long opening hours, see website for details.

Hello All! I have tried for some time without success to find information online about accommodation along the Via Gebennensis. The 'Online Guide' offered by this website doesn't cover this route...
Hi All I will walk from Geneva to St. Jean Pied de Port in late August. But I want to concentrate on the route from Geneva to Le Puy first. I have never walked in France; unfortunately, I do not...
