Pilgrim's Credential in Bilbao

Hello,
I will arrive in Bilbao on September Sunday 15, planning to begin my Camino on Monday. My question would be if I can get get my Pilgrim Credential on Sunday afternoon?I know that there is a Friends of the Camino office in Bilbao, but it is open only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I presume some Albergues have Credentials, maybe someone knows which one...
