Time of past OR future Camino
Camino Frances in Sept 2023 starting in St Jean
I will be doing the Camino Frances and it will be my first Camino. I'm planning to start Sept 10th from SJPP. I want to visit Italy after the Camino and eat some amazing Italian food. I'm nervous but excited at the same time. This is something I've had on my heart to do for many years and I was planning on waiting until retirement but then I realized nothing in life is guaranteed. I'm taking a sabbatical from my career to pursue this dream. I look forward to going on this adventure and meeting some amazing fellow travelers.

Looks like you might be right on track to encounter the wonderful San Mateo wine festival in Logrono! Expect crowds and excitement. And expect accommodation shortages in Logrono! (Consider booking a room ahead.) Buen Camino!

Welcome Jill, and congratulations on your wise decision! I do the same myself, not as long then, I'm taking three months leave from work, starting in August. Wishing us wonderful experiences.
Thanks great news Kariann. I hope you have a wonderful pilgrimage. Good luck and Buen Camino. ☺️
