So we will not meet each other probably. In that day, I'm intending to depart from Santarém to Fátima, and then in the 2nd of May to catch the Express Bus from Fátima to Porto. I'm leaving Porto on the May 3rd. You'll be two days in front of me :p

Bom Caminho for you all :)

This new albergue may be open when you are on Camino Portugues. I believe it is the northern part of Portugal. Check out their website: http://beautifulboot.com/opening-2013-c ... venturers/

The albergue which you mention according to their web site is known as the Quinta Estrada Romana and located in or near Cerdal, Portual. Cerdal is indeed in the north of Portugal and southwest of Valenca de Minho and the Portuguese/Spanish frontier. Unfortunately nothing on the web page mentions it as actually being open.

Bom Caminho,

Margaret Meredith

This albergue also has a Facebook Page.
Welcome to the Quinta Estrada Romana, located half way between Porto and Santiago on the Portuguese Camino. We are a brand new albergue with 18 beds, including private accomodation, cafe and wifi. We offer special pilgrim packages including dinner, breakfast and a packed lunch. Check us out!

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
We stayed at the Quinta in June 2015 and it was one of the highlights of our camino (along with Herbon)
