Porto to Fisterra direct? and then Fisterra to Santiago d C...

Hello fellow pilgrims.... this will be my second Camino, and am thinking of a shorther one this time. Thinking of leaving from Porto, Portugual and going straight to Fisterra... and then from Fisterra to Santiago. Is this something doable and practical. If so any routes suggested?
