Porto to Santiago 10 days ??

Hi, I and my two sons: Leaving Porto on June 13. Any suggestions for the "best experience" .
We have 10 days +/- . We will start on the coast and then cut over to the main route.

(A) Where would you suggest we cut over?
(B) Suggestions are towns ( albergs / hotels) to stay overnight.
(C) A 8 to 10 day route idea ??

**I have done both the Francis and North (last two years).

We are on the camino Português now. As far as Vigo. Started on the central route
Switched to the coastal. Today back on the central in Redondela.
