We are a couple from Brisbane who completed the Portuguese Camino, Lisbon to Santiago by bike in April 2014.

Thanks for the information regarding a gluten free diet. I am also gluten free and am a bit worried about my food options. (I am also lactose intolerant and vegan!) Good to know there is cereal I can eat for breakfast.
