I am actually looking into walking the Camino from Lisbon again just to see what properties I can find so I can live and open up to host pilgrims on the route .. anywhere from Lisbon to Ansaio..so far from what I read the albergue in Alpriate is close and since they are rerouting I don't need to look for a property there to fix up to live and host. ...but keeping options open. If anyone knows of any news about the new route/ rerouting updates much appreciated. Otherwise when I walk in June I will see what's there. I have already walked the old route from Lisbon to Fatima. So if anyone that has walked the Camino Portuguese from Lisbon alrrady and have any idea where there is no albergue that can use one in that town/area...please let me know..comments appreciated ..thank you. 🙏

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Ola Charlie; After walking from Porto to Santiago last year, I’m now awaiting my D-7 visa application decision so I can move to PT permanently. I’ve chosen to live along the northern coast in Povoa de Varzim and want to establish some kind of pilgrim’s aid for coastal route pilgrims.

Don’t know anything about the Lisbon to Porto portion of the route, but will ask some friends who have walked it about the accommodations they found or missed. Please let me know what you do, if you find a place, etc. I’m hoping to find thst there is a pilgrim society in PT with resources and support for the routes. If anyone knows about that, please reply!! Thanks
