Hi, once again I am unable to figure out how to use this technology and hope someone can help me. And I'm sorry if I have asked this question before, but I've tried searching and have been unable to find any posts that answer my question.

So here goes -- I would like to send a word attachment to a PM. Can you tell me how to do it?
