100 euros for PCR is Lisbon. Through Synlab who have loads of outlets. Results in 24 hours. There may be cheaper places but thae folks are very good.

Sorry answering a different question... flow test with synlab at Porto airport was 30 euro. Results emailed in 20 minutes, but I did have to queue up for 3 hours for the test (yesterday).
