Amazingly @David, @JohnMcM and @Magwood discovered last year that we all live in the same small town of Worle in north Somerset (next to Weston super Mare and close to Bristol). We have met up a couple of times over the last twelve months and were joined last time by @trevhoc from Bristol (who no longer seems to be a member).

We are due to meet again next week, on the evening of Wednesday 17 December 2014 at the Summerhouse pub, situated next to the train station in Worle and easily accessible from junction 21 of the M5.

We would welcome any local aspiring or experienced pilgrims to join us for a few drinks and lots of camino chatter.

Our small group has proved to be a fabulous meeting of minds and experiences and we are really looking forward to our next meeting and we hope to welcome some new members.

The 9th edition the Lightfoot Guide will let you complete the journey your way.
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Hi All -
Have a completely wonderful time! As you all know so well, catching up with fellow pilgrims (with the bonus that you're all Forum members) is one of the most special things you can do while at home - support given and so many stories shared amongst people who really understand how you feel.
Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all -
Cheers - Jenny

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Hope to have further 'Camigos in S Devon' meetings next year. All welcome when we do, the name lies in the area we meet not where we live and we have had folk from near and far.
Once again, best wishes for your evening. :)

Thank you, forum friends, for your good wishes. On the evidence of our previous meetings (and the resultant 'morning after' fuggy head), I think we will make a joint toast to absent friends. I am rather more accomplished at pacing myself on camino than I am in a bar!

It looks like it will just be the three of us again this time - we have all been on camino since our last meeting so there will be no shortage of stories to tell.

If there are people in the area who would like to meet up another time, please do get in touch.

Maggie, David,
So looking forward to tomorrow.

(Did you see what I did there? I used the language of youngsters today. "so looking forward to seeing you tomorrow")

Yeah but, no but......

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
