Public transportation availability

Arriving a couple days early to Bayonne and will be moving from an apartment on Thursday, Aug 15 (public holiday) to go to one in San Sebastián.

Will public transportation be available, specifically taxis?

A taxi will be very expensive.

I'd say that 100 euro for a taxi would be a conservative estimate. Rates would be, at the very least, 1.50 eur/km. Probably much higher.

I'm a day ahead of myself

As far as taxis go, in 2018 due to a rescheduled flight that arrived too late for bus or train I took a taxi from Biarritz airport to Irun. It cost 85€ then, so imagine it would be well over 100€ now to San Sebastián.
