So, I've just started reading about the ritual around this beverage, Queimada , and I was hoping we might find a place that makes it in Sarria? Does anyone know if it's something easy to find?

Many places will do one on request, so ask! I asked for one in Samos at the hotel. They dusted off the equipment, and away we went!!

No, just quei-mada. When an i is with another vowel, unless it has an accent it is not pronounced separately.

No It's not easy to find a place in Galicia doing queimada on a regular basis. I found on internet Pub Fuco Lois in Santiago.

We experienced it on the meseta at Albergue San Antonio de Padua. It was wonderful. They do it nightly at the end of the communal pilgrims' dinner.
