Depending on the time of year gloves are great for early mornings especially - but some people use socks!

Peter for historical information and maps.
Javier to show me all the alternate paths to interesting places.
Lillian so that she could translate for me.
Jane, because if anything happened to me she would let my family know!
Omar - he would force me to walk the VdLP for a change!
and Reb to be my hospitalero along the way.
