Recos for pilgrim accommodations: Castres - Toulouse?

Hi! In a couple weeks I am doing another leg of the Arles Route: Castres -> Toulouse.
I set out Sept 29th.
Any recommdations of pilgrim - friendly accommodations along the way? I know about the Monastery in Revel.
Looking for a place in Castres, to start!
2 friends and I are going, and it definitely has a spiritual / religious dimension to it, so looking for places that align with that, if possible.

The hotel riviere in castres, 10 Quai Tourcaudière, offers pilgrims rooms. Simple, private and very centrally located.

Also check out abbaye sainte scholastique in dourgne. A nice stay with the nuns and a communal dinner with other pilgrims or people on retreat.

That would be your next day walk from castres.
