This news is a little confusing, but it looks as if Ana Pastor (La ministra de Fomento) has or is going to announce that a Galicia Rail Pass will allow unlimited rail travel though Galicia for 10 days. That is despite the recent cuts in services! To use this pass, one has to be in possession of a compostela.
You will also be able to use the long distance trains from Galicia to other parts of Spain between 1st June and 30th September 2013.
I suppose you will have to pay full fare to get to Galicia!
